Room was clean and a good size, over the bath shower. Lakeside view was lovely. Peaceful stay in a quiet hotel. Breakfasts were hearty, fresh and locally sourced Cumberland sausages. Sunday roast good but the deserts were a disappointment. Overall happy we will be back to stay again

A free drink instead of room service is an excellent idea. Guests really don’t need room service every day if staying multiple nights and, if so minded, can fold the ends of their toilet paper into little triangles themselves!
