The staff is not helpful. I called for a heavy blanket and she told me I needed to come and get it myself. I walked up to the desk, only to be told there were none, and maybe they were in the washer. She could not leave the front desk, and also there were no other staff on the premises. This occurred around 6pm CST. I had another issue with booking my room, but that's for another day.

Check in was very unwelcoming and cold. Had to call front desk at 12:00 to ask noise to be controlled. He told me there is nothing he can do about it. Check out I sat key down and said thank you and he didn’t say a word. All the exterior lights in parking lot and building were out not very safe.
