Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burn holes in the bed sheets. They did refund one night of the 2 night stay can’t complain there. Wife was not happy, we went somewhere else.

Upon arrival, there was no staff to check us in and we had to stand out in the cold for 30 minutes trying to find someone. We had to reach out to Expedia just to get a hotel clerk to check us in. Unacceptable!
