The Westin at the Woodlands was a romantic and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed the free trolley rides that allowed you to enjoy all the shops, events, and restaurants that were throughout the area. The hotel’s restaurant, food, and staff were very appealing. We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. Thanks to all the staff!

Dulce, front desk staff at this location was especially accommodating. She gave us a free upgrade to a room with a view then her manager followed up to be sure we had late check out. We felt like they were treating us with such care. It was a truly wonderful stay. All of the staff went above and beyond at this location. We will be back.

I hate leaving a bad review for a hotel, but I was very disappointed in our stay. We booked an upgraded balcony room, which was spacious and had a lovely view. We were told at check in that these rooms could be “noisy” but we were not offered a suite or other suitable upgraded room alternative. (As an aside, the poor guy at check in was either new or incredibly nervous, but the process took over 25 minutes, and he clearly did not know the hotel layout or upgraded room offerings). So we took the room… and wow, was it noisy. There was pounding, furniture shaking music from the clubs next door until 2am. We were given ear plugs, but the music was easily heard through them. In addition, we had to hunt down someone to clean our room, even though we left our clean request light on for hours. I would not stay here again, at least not over a weekend in the summer. The view for sunset was nice from the balcony, but the noise and poor service unfortunately overshadowed any room highlight.
