If you want coffee be down by 7am. Never refilled by 9. Coffee used in room, not replaced. Cupcake wrapper and toy under bed. They have no information on Golf Prices, you have to go to Club. I think they need to up their game if no free breakfast. Small fee for it was 50.00 each!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay. Even during SPRING break the resort was quiet at night and easy to sleep. Very comfortable rooms. We didn’t eat onsite much due to expensive menus but snacks poolside were delicious. Loved the heated pool and bike trails and mostly lived the turtles!!

Staff at restaurant was terrible. Pool was absolutely packed, no lounge chairs were available. It was also miserably cold.

Wanted a quick getaway trip for my family. There was only one outlet that worked in the room. We were overcharged for the poolside food and didn't find out until after we checked out and left. The golf range was out of order, due to maintenance. My son and husband were not happy because they had packed their golf clubs. The hotel offered me my "resort fee", but overall it wasn't the best experience.

The fridge in side the room was not cold enough to store our baby milk. Also one of the desk light was not working, better maintenance needed for the rooms.

It was a nice and clean environment. I would have given a 5 star. However, the lack of a microwave to warm foods for my children was a downside for me.

The front end service lacked urgency. We never received a call like they said we were going to when room was ready. My wife has a disability and with having to take medication, needing rest after traveling, waitimg until after 5pm for a room to be ready (over 3 hours after we arrived) is unacceptable. Your bellman and outside service team needs addressed. A lot of standing around chatting with each other, AirPods in their ears while in front of guests - really? We needed help with luggage to store while we were waiting for the room to come available and we were directed to the lot in front of the hotel and was told someone would come and get us but nobody came. The Front Desk Staff and Bellmen, need to watch your food and beverage team as the Breakfast and Service from that group was fantastic. They were greeting guests, hustling to each table, making for a smooth dining experience. We are Marriott BonVoy Members and thought we would try a Hilton Property, possibly changing Loyalty Programs. After this stay, we will not be changing. We’ve never had to pay for extras such as S’mores as they are typically part of the Resort Fee and then the service we received from the Front Desk and Bell Staff was very disappointing and not expected. Had huge expectations and was very excited to stay at this property but those expectations were definitely not met and we felt robbed that we did not stay at a Marriott Property.
