Guest Access:

A code will be provided to access a private entrance. Guests will have access to the spaces and amenities mentioned above. The Main House and Tiny Home are also rentals, so you may see other guests coming and going during your stay. To respect everyone's privacy, please stick to the outdoor spaces assigned to your unit: Main House guests use the front yard, Tiny Home guests use the back yard, and Studio guests use the carport.

The property is located in the Historic District of Downtown Conway and is within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.



Other Things to Note:

Your payment security is important to us. All transactions are processed by Kingdom Stays through Stripe using industry-standard SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.



Payment Schedule: The full reservation amount (100%) is charged to your selected payment method at the time your booking is confirmed. A refundable $200 security deposit will be authorized on the same payment method at check-in. This is a temporary hold, not an additional charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.



Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.



Pre-Check In Requirements: All guests must complete our pre-check-in process. This includes uploading a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification and electronically signing our Terms & Conditions through our guest portal.
