We requested a non-smokers room. The room smelled like smoke, they changed our room. It had cockroaches, 3a.m. someone was trying to come into our room. We left could not stay between bugs and someone coming in

Our clerk was amazing, personable and helpful. I was very impressed with her, I always say the first person you meet at any establishment will determine your satisfaction. She went above and beyond ! I did not get her name, but she was on when we checked in on New Years Eve.

Convenient location for Conway. This location is only 5 minutes from where I was in Conway, it’s close to convenience stores and restaurants, and the room was comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars If the room wasn’t so hot it woke me from my sleep. And the staff was in a bad mood when she checked me in because someone had just given her a hard time right before me. Everybody has a tough day sometimes so I get it, but it did impact my check in experience.

It was adequate for the price. Room was clean, could do with additional lighting. Breakfast nook had waffle maker, yogurt, coffee, tea, bagel, bread, variety of individually packaged muffins, orange juice, creamer, cereals, banana, instant oatmeal packs. Front desk attendants were pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Inn. While the hotel is not new, the room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is excellent, just on the beach side of Conway (adjacent to Highway 501). If you want a very cost effective option, this hotel is a good choice.
