Overall a nice hotel. But we felt that the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed before our arrival. There were crumbs, hairs, etc. on the sheets once we pulled the spread back. I don't ask much from a hotel, but clean sheets is a must!

Clean nicely decorated rooms. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Room 116 was noisy due to staff laughing loud and shutting heavy door loudly late into the night. We were across from the laundry area. My only complaint.

No mention of the $150 “accidental” charge they need a physical card for before they check you in. That’s more than the room even costs!! And a little heads up would be nice. The whole point of paying online ahead of time is to make it quick and easy. They couldn’t use the card I used to pay for the room and refused to check me in without a physical card. Then I get in the room and it’s freakin 54 degrees when it’s 56 and raining outside. Not looking forward to coming back here on our return but unfortunately it’s non-refundable. Will not be booking here again though. So much for being a “valued member”.

The associates at the front desk were friendly, helpful and checked us in quickly. The room was clean with housekeeping servicing the room almost daily, replenishing towels, coffee etc. Parking was never a problem, always feeling safe entering and leaving the hotel.

I accidentally booked the wrong Holiday Inn and decided to just try it and our stay here was wonderful. The outside looked a little rough but everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast food was great. Hot coffee anytime of day was a nice touch!

Water bottle half full was left on bathroom vanity-bathroom floor had long black hair on it-bed covers look old and didn’t cover the beds. Lots of road construction around hotel -no fault of hotel-very difficult to get in and out. It’s sure not a Drury hotel.
