The backyard is a huge level area adjacent to Oaks Creek. Explore the mowed walking trails along the creek. Enjoy a picnic overlooking the creek or cast your fishing rod into the creek, which is abundant with bass & trout.
All bedrooms and 1 bath are on the first floor. The lower level offers a game room for rainy day fun, complete with Foosball, Pool, and Air Hockey as well as a flat-screen TV. There is a 50” TV in the living room; and a TV in each bedroom and the family room. There is a space behind the home for outdoor dining and grilling.

Great spot minutes from Dreams Park...
Great spot that is less than 10 minutes away from Dreams Park. All the amenities you could ask for. The game room is a nice spot for the kids.
