A cozy apartment of approximately 100m2 located in Christianshavn, where one can enjoy the city's delightful atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is close to the metro station and public transport.

Christianshavn has a lively canal and harbor environment that appeals to most people. With
charming canals, great restaurants, wonderful cafes and fun bars. Picturesque and charming 17-1800 and 1900 century houses adds special atmosphere to the whole neighborhood. Christiania is also a unique experience and is part of the cool and laid back lifestyle that characterizes Copenhagens unadulterated canal quarter. Almost everything in town is within walking distance. It takes no more than 15 minutes to walk to The Kings New Square and Nyhavn.

A nice cozy apartment for 4 people located centrally in the beautiful part of Christianshavn. The building, built in 1776, is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhoodm but still very close to a vibrant and urban city life with lots of cafes and restaurants.

The apartment includes the following:

Living room with a double sofa bed, dining room (8 seats), a double bedroom, kitchen. Combined toilet / bathroom with shower.
There is also access to a courtyard with a beautiful garden.

In addition, the apartment has the following facilities:

No TV, but Wifi, stereo and vinyl player. Washing machine / dryer, dishwasher,

The apartment is located on the 3 floor in a building with NO elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Loved the flat in a wonderful location close to Christiania and the metro. We felt privileged to stay in such a stylish and comfortable apartment and would certainly recommend it without hesitation. We were a family of 3 adults and enjoyed cooking our own food from the nearby supermarket or else buying food from one of the many local takeaways. The flat is at the top of a flight of stairs so not suitable if you have mobility problems. Jan, the owner of Apartment in Copenhagen met us at the flat. Everything was so easy to arrange and I will certainly stay in flats and not hotels in the future! Thanks to Jan and the owner of this lovely apartment, we had a fabulous stay in our first visit to Copenhagen.

Pretty Perch in Christianshavn

We had a great time in this apartment. Y the kitchen is well equipped, there were 2 nearby grocery stores, and the metro was also right around the corner. One note: there is no dryer despite the listing saying there is one. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Angenehme Wohnung in der Nähe des Christianshavn- Kanals

Es gibt alles in der Wohnung, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Stadt braucht: einen großzügigen Wohnteil, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, ein praktisches Badezimmer. Die Lage nicht weit vom Christianshavn- Kanals und nahe genug an der Innenstadt, um fast alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können, ist ein weiteres Plus. Zur Metro sind es nur drei Minuten Weg.

We enjoyed this apartment very much. Bright and roomy, very pleasant. Windows in three directions so we always had daylight shining in. If the sun was shining, it was spectacular. Best of all is the location. Two blocks from a Metro station. Easy access to all Copenhagen has to offer. In particular, very easy to get to and from the airport. Quaint restaurants all around within walking easy distance. A couple bonuses were the Irma store on the corner. Had all we needed for groceries and such. Very helpful and friendly for those of us who do not speak the language. Best thing of all was the bakery on the corner, Brodlov. Again very friendly and helpful. Terrific pastries and coffee. Perfect place for us to stay.

Awesome Stay!

This apartment was amazing. It was big, clean and very comfortable. It had all the things you'd have at your own home. It was also so close to everything, restaurants, grocery store and other typical tourist places and it was 2 blocks from the subway. I'd totally recommend you booking this place before it gets away. :)
