Okay but not comfortable

Our experience with this hotel was okay. They are eco-friendly, which is great, but sometimes went too far at the expense of comfort. We had no issue with changing the towels every 4 days, which we understood when we booked the room. The bathroom had a towel warmer which helped them dry. However, it happened to be warmer than expected while we were there, and the temperature in the room felt very hot with 4 of us in a small family room. There was a knob to turn up or down the fan strength in the room but it didn’t do a whole lot to help us. On the other hand, the shower water never got even lukewarm so it was invigorating to say the least. To access the free, hotel-grade coffee, you have to download an app, which felt silly because they already have all our information from checking in. We couldn’t use the laundry when we needed it, which was very inconvenient and not explained at the outset. The bed was overly soft and worn out, so every time one of us moved, the other one woke up. The location was good, near the train station and Tivoli. The courtyard looked like a nice place to sit but we didn’t use it. The room seemed clean. Overall, the hotel was passable, but not comfortable, so I wouldn’t do it again.

This was a comfortable budget hotel in a handy location with sensational breakfast offerings. My friend had a room the size of a closet. I paid for a larger but really obly adequate room. They must have had a swinger conference at the hotel, as my friend backed out of her first allocated room when she saw a man's feet hanging off the end of the bed. He was apparently asleep. They gave her another room. Alas, when I checked in later, no man was allocated to me. We enjoyed the joke and the mistake was rectified fast. No harm done. A memorable stay for that reason.

This hotel is very well located with spotless rooms and excellent breakfast. Personally to make it better I would’ve liked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms or at least on each floor, a couple more English tv channels and I am not sure about how the rooms are located above the lounge/breakfast areas, as if you want to open the windows for some air you can get noise from downstairs. The hotel does have a lot of plus points though.

Fantastic location and very cute funky hotel. Very comfortable and great breakfast. The only thing lacking was the AC. Would highly recommend anyways! There is the best traditional pirc sandwich restaurant just a few doors down!

We stayed at this property in June for 6 nights. It is very close to the train station which is very convenient. They have an outstanding breakfast Buffet with a wide selection of choices. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. There is a laundry which you can use for a fee. It is a bit expensive but at least it is convenient. There were no laundromats nearby. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We had a fabulous time. Copenhagen is amazing.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke amazing English too. Breakfast was varied and enough for everyone, as it was always kept well stocked. Beds were incredibly comfortable too and it was quiet. It’s in a perfect location too, not too far from the train station and in walking distance for most things. The meat packing district, with all its varied cuisine was only 5 minutes away. I’ll definitely book here again when I can get back to Copenhagen.
