Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was dated, no bench space to put anything. Bedroom space was good and modern. Thin walls so you could hear noise from the other rooms. Loved the free drink hour from 5pm till 6pm. Be early if you want a seat though!

Hotel and all of the staff were excellent. Cosy hour (free drink between 5-6pm) was a lovely touch. Perfect base and well connected with the metro a short walk away. Very much recommend!

The room was spotless lovely bath products complete with a safe and fridge. Delightful and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice. Also great location easy access to metro. A great choice of cafes and restaurants plus the wonderful food markets. A fantastic stay. Copenhagen is a great city to walk around.
