Hotel conveniently located close to mass transit and walking distance to most. Rooms are basic but clean. One caveat / location is very close to Tivoli which has fireworks on weekend evenings. This made for very loud conditions late at night (also allowed me to figure out why they provide ear plugs in room). Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We enjoy our stay in the Mercur Hotel. We had a triple room that was quite spacious with a large bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioner. We didn’t have an issue with the noise or air conditioning, and did not need to use the provided ear plug. The breakfast was excellent. The location is most convenient- 20 min train ride from the airport and close to many sightseeing and metro, dining and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Thank you

Dejligt ophold med min teenagedatter, alt var bare tip, top i orden. Vi ankom allerede kl. 11.30 og ville have opbevaret vores bagage, da der først var check-in fra kl. 15, men fik allerede her lov at tjekke ind, da værelset var klar. Eneste ulempe kunne for nogen være (ikke et problem for os), at receptionisten kun kunne tale engelsk ikke dansk.

The property was well located for many areas. There was a bus stop for the hop on hop off bus just across from the hotel as well as there being a train station. We had a room with a balcony over looking the train station which did mean it was quite noisy, especially at night. The rooms were great and the staff were so helpful.

The bathrooms had dangerous thresholds that one could easily trip on. Bathroom sink had large chips on the porcelain. There was outside noise from trains and traffic all night long. The blackout curtains didn’t cover the complete window so the room became light at 4/00 am.

Fine

The stay was... fine. Not bad but not exceptional. Only 1 person on check in from 3pm so queues were out the door. Rooms were big and spacious, bathroom was small but fine. All a bit dated but the location was good, right outside Vesterport station and a 10min walk to Central Station. Social Brew on the corner was a great little place for breakfast, coffee and the odd pint!
