Airport shuttle was not available due to driver absence. Front desk had a taxi waiting for us supposedly at their expense. When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver demanded payment stating no arrangement was for the hotel to pay. No voucher was provided by the hotel staff to give to the driver. Definitely will not stay at this hotel chain in the future.

There is no phone, no coffee, no microwave, no mini refrigerator for my medicine .Worst of all, the guest cannot control the thermostat in their room. The Scandic hotel had it set at the hotel desired temperature. Not acceptable as I had to open and close windows several time during the night. NOT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP for me .Paid $340 per night.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. As usual they are a little more to stay around an airport. This one came with no extras. Not even coffee. If you wanted a coffee you had to pay more. I feel we would not stay here again.
