Oskar at Reception was excellent! Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room (1161) was spotless with fantastic city views. Beds were really comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Comfortable, spacious room. No noise from other rooms.Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of seating. Helpful, friendly staff. Suitable for disabled people and promotes use of sunflower scheme/lanyard. Hotel next to metro station that goes straight to airport. Walkable area and lots of food/shopping options.
