Stay away

It was terrible. Basics were not provided kettle to boil water, tea bags, good coffee, cooktop worked in a very different way. If you are an American , don’t stay here. Neighbors were like we hate these people who rent their places as AB&B. They had bugs . Denmark was not a good experience after visiting other European countries

Great appartment. Service not so good!

The apartment is beautiful. Big and spacious with plenty of amenities. The area is not exactly in the center, so its not that easy for newers on copenhagen to go back and forth. The check out was hectic. Usually Hotels are really flexible and allow us 1 extra hour with out notification. In here, since there was 4 of us, and traveling with kids, we couldnt exit on time and i got charges additional 200 dkk for that hour. I wouldnt come back just for that. Its dicember 25, so we stayed up late. The comunication is not fluid. The propety manager said that we could have mentioned that we are late. Apparently, he never travels with kids!!! Lol
