We encountered a hiccup at check-in when we were assigned an uncleaned and potentially occupied room. However, after that initial hiccup, our stay was very positive. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location was ideal for exploring the city with easy metro access, I'd recommend this hotel. > This option provides a good balance of acknowledging the negative while still emphasizing the overall positive experience.

Self catering apartment was stocked with everything we needed, condiments, cleaning items; washing up liquid, cloths, sponges, tea towels and dishwasher tablets. The Metro was a two minute walk from the hotel, the shuttles were every 5 minutes allowing us to get to the city centre in 10 minutes.

Perfect place to stay when visiting copenhagen. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk to the metro station. The room is very clean and spacious. Checking in and out is very easy and they even have lockers to store your bags.

The hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro, with a supermarket in the same building. Very convenient (and was also a short metro-ride to the airport). The apartments have been designed in a careful way and they have almost everything you would need. They are also really fun. The area itself was a bit quiet with hardly any restaurants and bars but as it is so close to the metro it didn't matter too much. The description of the hotel online made a big deal about having wine glasses, which we didn't get and had to ask for them (and then we got one with lipstick on it and one that was chipped), and the 'store room' on our floor was pretty much empty (no glasses, no extra quilts, etc.) so a bit more attention could be paid to things like that, but these are really minor. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great apartment and only a few mins by metro to the centre.
