Excellent aparthotel

We were really pleased with this accommodation, it’s not in the center of Copenhagen but it’s two minutes from the metro which is cheap, fast and reliable. Hotel to airport was less than an hour by metro, even leaving at 5:20 am. There’s no check in desk, but there’s a person available on the 5th floor 24 hours a day, and check in was easy even at half midnight. The staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful. The room itself was great, we had a mini kitchen which was adequate to cook a small meal. There’s a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and enough cookware, cutlery, crockery etc. If you do need any extras there’s a pantry at the end of the hall and everything is there for you to take if you need it. The bed was super comfy, sofa was OK and the WiFi was good, so you can easily stream to the TV if you want to, which was handy on a rainy evening. We didn’t use the breakfast or bar area upstairs but it looked really lovely with a nice roof garden. My only SMALL gripe would be the bed is the wrong way round so you have to step over the other person to get out. We slept the other way round (sideways) so this wasn’t an issue, but it meant lights/sockets were in the wrong place and very tall people wouldn’t be able to lay flat in the bed.

We LOVED Zoku and wish we could've stayed for a few more days. The apartment was super clean, and comfy. Fun loft bed for something different. Nice kitchen set up with all you need for making a few light meals. Think IKEA for the whole building. On the 5th floor where the reception is, there is a bar, snacks, sitting areas both indoors and out on the rooftop terrace. They also have hammocks to relax in. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They also have laundry facilities and locker storage for luggage and bikes. There were 2 grocery stores close by. Also, a cafe on the corner. Zoku also had breakfast available, and I believe a restaurant on the upper floor although we didn't use it. I am not sure about parking because we didn't have a car. Walking to the metro took 2 minutes at most. Next time we're in Copenhagen we'll definitely stay here again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at Zulu Copenhagen. It was a refreshing change from the type of hotels we have stayed in the past and the large loft room we had was amazing in layout and comfort. With its own kitchen area and dining table it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The loft bed was a cool feature. We had breakfast every day which was very substantial and set us up for the day. The staff were very polite, helpful and understanding. The fifth floor dining and social area is very bright and pleasant. The Metro station is two minutes away and it’s a short journey to the city centre which made it a convenient base for our visit to the city.

Very nice

Stayed in the loft room - was very nice and enjoyed having kitchen and small lounge. Lovely design and nice little details like UK wall plug and charging pouch for phone in bed. Only negative was a too soft mattress and very noisy aircon which disturbed my sleep a bit. Would recommend.
