Clean room friendly staff

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was decent and comfortable, but it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly—especially the floors, which needed better vacuuming. I booked a room with a balcony, which I was looking forward to, but unfortunately there were multiple wasp nests present. This made it uncomfortable and unsafe to use the space. I would strongly recommend regular inspections and removal of any nests to ensure guest safety. Additionally, the common areas—particularly the hallways and lobby—could benefit from more frequent cleaning. With the amount of foot traffic, there was noticeable dirt buildup near the elevators. Keeping these areas clean and regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces like elevator buttons would really improve the overall experience. Aside from those concerns, my stay was enjoyable. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a great place to stay.
