Not great

Despite paying a “resort fee” the hot tub was not hot during our stay at all. The front desk said it was “warming up and should be ready later” but was still cool the next morning. The breakfast was not included and served with plastic silverware despite being $17 per person. Not sure what the resort fee was supposed to cover. The beds were not comfortable, the comforters were very thin and the pillows were hard as rocks. The location was good and the parking was easy. Check-in/out was fine but overall just not worth the price.

Win Win

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check out and they were able to honor it. Held our stuff at the front desk so we could ski all day and then change our clothes afterwards. Highly recommended!

Convenient hotel walking distance to lifts. Clean, modern, ski storage attendant, free parking, comfortable bed, helpful staff especially the bar tender. We will stay there again.

I didn’t care for dogs in the lobby not on a leash. Plus I was woken up by one barking in the hallway. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and location was great.

That staff were helpful and engaging. Found it a great location for our ski trip. Room was clean but the shower was a little low on pressure so hard to rinse hair etc . Great coffee maker in room which was really appreciated. They just need a few coat hooks for ski jackets etc as it enough room in the wardrobe. Would definitely stay here again.
