Staff was friendly. The location to the ski slopes and Copper Mt. Village was great. Food/restaurant had a very limited menu with very few meal options. More appetizer options. Over all a very nice stay.

Solid location and generally clean, but the service needs serious attention. Pros - Great location — easy access to local spots and transit. - Overall clean rooms and common areas. - Check-in was straightforward and efficient. Cons - Service felt unreliable: the restaurant was clearly understaffed, with many new employees, leading to long waits and inconsistent quality. - Housekeeping/room service was minimal at best — fresh towels and toiletries were provided, but they made one bed and left the other unmade… what?!? Bottom Line: If you prioritize location and basic cleanliness, this can work for a short stay. But if consistent service matters to you, be prepared for some frustration until staffing and training improve.

Room was nice, quiet and good bed too! Week day in the restaurant was good, but overwhelmed on the weekend with not enough staff. I feel bad for a couple of the employees that were basically there open to close, again because they were short staffed! The rooms need hooks to hang coats and ski pants etc. and definitely a safe for security sakes! A couple improvements and this would be a great spot to stay! If they get the restaurant sorted it would be a big bonus and they can capture the hotel guests!? The restaurants in the resort are mediocre at best compared to neighboring resorts and Dillon or Frisco!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The ac didn’t work though and kept shutting off and just blowing air instead of cold air. There was one person working breakfast some people waited 45 minutes for a cappuccino. We ended up grabbing food on the way to ski instead.

The room was nice and clean. Was disappointed that i had to pay a resort fee because the hotel is situated in a resort area, but the hotel itself is not a resort- it is a basic hotel. I had to pay $50 parking fee- which was not advertised at time of booking- and the parking lot was full of snow which made it hard to park. Nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in.
