The open floor plan and beautiful decor of this elegant, newly furnished, condo will make it a great base for your most memorable ski vacation. With 2 Master Bedrooms and 2.5 baths 301 Mill Club is perfect for a family looking for the best Copper Mountain has to offer. One master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and a full size dual-vanity private bath while the other master bedroom also has a king size bed, another full size dual-vanity private bath and a Jacuzzi type tub. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, radiant heated floors in all the bathrooms, Free WiFi and an oversized balcony with views of Copper Mountain and the convenience of a ski locker to store your ski gear! The Living Room has a flat screen TV/DVD, a queen size and also a double size foam mattress platform sofa sleepers (no metal bars), a gas fireplace and access to the ½ bath without entering the bedrooms. The large dining room table is located just off the full size, well equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and flooring and cherry cabinets; perfect for entertaining at 1,171 sq ft. Nice condo, great location for Union Peak Festival

Enjoyed the layout, patio and size of condo for the weekend. I'd recommend it for someone visiting and looking for a place to stay with comfortable accommodations.

Great Unit. Best Location

The only reason that I gave a 2* for cleanliness is because the building had some kind of water leak from top to bottom. A pipe or broken roof? Access to all amenities was closed. Ski Lockers, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, bathrooms, and showers. All closed. Through no fault of this unit, the building was a mess. Hope they got it all fixed up. The stairwells are in need of a sanitizing spraydown & the parking garage for all buildings (Copper One, Taylors Crossing, Mill Club, etc etc.) needs a cleaning streetsweeper.

Pictures look way better

We just stayed in this condo for 5 nights. Where do I begin? The bedrooms are both small and to make matters worse, no dressers and the closets are chucked full of stuff. Where are we supposed to put our things? We had to call the first day and complain of the heat being stuck on, shower head , drain , and toilet clogged. They did fix all of these promptly. The place needs a very good cleaning. The lights over kitchen bar looks like they have never been touched. The pots and pans need replaced. So old and gross. Beds were not comfortable. We love Copper but we will stay in a different condo next time. Copper management were very nice and easy to work with.

Excellent Location - Below Average Amenities - Some Deficiencies.

Excellent location relative to ski slopes and village. Good garage parking, close to elevator with luggage carriers available. Good jacuzzi inside the building. Management friendly and helpful. Layout is fine and as pictured. Furniture a bit dated but more than adequate and comfortable enough. Poorly stocked kitchen. No shampoo in any bathroom. No instructions for operation of fireplace (which didn’t work until management was summoned) or TV (which provided confusing station access). Bathtub / shower in 2nd bedroom took 10 minutes or more to drain (which meant you were standing in dirty, ankle deep water while showering). Overall, the location made it acceptable but the deficiencies would make us look elsewhere in the future, which is unfortunate, because they could be easily addressed by owners.

Very nice place for a small family trip. Couldn't be more convenient. Few small issues such as a shower that wouldn't drain and some shattered glass shards on the kitchen floor. But hopefully, those are taken care of.
