Nice hotel right at chair lifts - ski in!

Excellent location! Hard to beat the convenience to the slopes! The rooms are clean and well maintained, but slightly dated. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats. First, the hotel should upgrade their sheets and pillows. Sheets are scratchy and the pillows uncomfortable. Second, vacationers should also know that the rooms are not cleaned by housekeeping during your stay. You have to take out your own trash each day and save your towels. Other than this, the location of the hotel is hard to beat. You are literally right at the chair lifts at Copper Mountain. There is a ski locker for your room right at the ground floor of the building, so you take the elevator from your room to the first floor, open up your ski locker, carry your skis a few feet to the entrance of the building and put them on and go skiing! Vacationers should take the altitude of this hotel into consideration. It is at 9,700 feet above sea level. Read up of acclimating yourself to staying at such of a high altitude and make the proper preparations for the altitude.
