La Montesina House is a typical XIX century reformed cordovan manor house. The complex comprises the owner’s private residence, located on the ground floor of the building, and three complete apartments on the first floor. The apartments are distributed around a beautiful courtyard.
La Montesina House is located in a hidden and beautiful alley in the heart of the old town, Unesco World Heritage Site. A few meters from the Plaza de la Corredera and the Plaza del Potro and two steps from the Jewish quarter, the Mosque-Cathedral and the Roman Bridge, La Montesina - Boutique House is the ideal option for those who want to appreciate the beauty, the sounds and the unmistakable scents of Cordoba.
The three accommodations are carefully restored and decorated to keep intact the ambience and elegance of a typical nineteenth century Cordovan manor house. The original hydraulic tile floors stand out with their magnificent designs and the refined carpentry of doors and windows.

Our stay in Cordoba
What a comfortable and cozy property. Our host Rui is passionate about interior design that is simple and refined. You can tell the minute you enter. It’s not pretentious or fussy. It’s impeccably clean and the airconditioning made it so comfortable. The location is close to the Great Mosque and the nearby river with restaurants everywhere. I highly recommend the house of Rui. 😊

Lovely apartment, gracious and professional host
We had a wonderful stay at La Montesina. Rui is a gracious, organized, and professional host. The apartment is in a terrific location - well within walking distance to all the major historic properties and easy access to supermarkets, and restaurants as well. We loved everything about it.

La Montesina Sublime
The property is beautifully renovated. It is perfectly quiet and secluded while being in the heart of a bustling city just steps from a large, cafe filled and noisy square. The host is very gracious. The shopping and dining recommendations are useful and a thoughtful touch. All in all an enjoyable stay.
