I’ve stayed in Kaminaki a number of times, but it is my first stay in the apartment. The location is brilliant and the area lovely and quiet. The apartment, is simply furnished, but comfy with everything you should need. It’s the location that’s the winner!

Excellent location, tired apartment

Felt that high price is for location, which is excellent but the interior of apartment is very dated. Photos on website are not accurate. Also, lack of air conditioning in bedroom was not stated and two beds pushed together in bedroom is not very comfortable. Also, our flight home was late in evening, nobody was due in the villa till next day evening so feel EOS travel could have extended our check out by more than 2 hours.

Amazing location, poor maintenance

The apartment is located right on a beautiful beach, with a very nice terrace with sun beds and bbq. Overall we had a great time BUT the apartment felt filthy. The bathroom had a bad smell and looked dirty. Many spots in the apartment were clearly not cleaned for weeks. One of the bedroom mattresses was broken so we could use only half of the bed. A small renovation can make this apartment amazing. The owners were very nice to let us check in early.

Very comfortable accommodation for two people close to all amenities

We had read previous reviews prior to our stay at Dina. They were very accurate. Pro: Walk from patio and you are on a beautiful round pebble beach with crystal clear water. To Tavernas within 20 m. Spacious and comfortable for two people. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Air conditioning worked very well. Con: Parking is not reserved and can be difficult during busy day time periods to find a spot. Steep road of 300 m down to Dina can be tricky if not used to that situation. Especially if you have manual transmission. Summary: We enjoyed our five-day stay, we were very comfortable and very relaxed. I would highly recommend this accommodation for two people, and may return someday. Rod & Fran, White Rock, British Columbia, Canada!

Amazing location right by the beach, huge terrace with a terrific view

The location was great, spent lots of time out on the terrace with the beach just a few steps away. Kaminaki is reached via a very steep road so a car is essential, also as there are no shops in Kaminaki, you need to get up to the main road. There are 2 good tavernas in Kaminaki plus 2 others in the next bay which you walk to on a coastal path leading from the beach (about 10 minutes stroll). The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, although better for 2 people rather than a family. The shower room (with toilet and washbasin) is quite small. We loved our holiday here, Kaminaki is perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday.

Idyllic location, property a little tired

The location of the apartment is mostly what you're paying for. The ground floor 1 bed apartment has a very long sun terrace that basks in the sun from early until approx 19:00 in the summer months. There is an outside bbq and dining area and additional space for 2 or 3 to laze in the sun with spectacular views over the bay, just metres from your doorstep. The interior is somewhat tired though, the bathroom, while having modern fittings is still somewhat basic and exceptionally small with a sliding door next to the kitchen. The kitchen also is small and a galley style meaning anyone preparing food has to leave the kitchen area for anyone to pass them to get to the bathroom. The living area does benefit from aircon which is a bonus, although it doesn't extend to the bedroom where it would have been more useful. In general the lighting in the property was poor and insufficient. Given the standard of the other properties in the area an overall upgrade would be of benefit. An up to date info pack would have been of benefit, detailing that: the local supermarket does deliveries, there is a water taxi to a taverna a few bays along, a good bus service operates from the top of the (very steep) road

Magnifique vue sur la mer

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement superbement situé en bord de mer. La vue est très agréable depuis la terrasse. 2 très bon restaurant plus qu'à proximité (l'un en face de la terrasse et l'autre à moins de 2mn à pied montre en main) Endroit calme, agréable et apaisant. Appartement fonctionnel dans l'ensemble. Toutes les informations et la communication avant le séjour sont très bien. Ce qui était convenu (lit enfant) et même plus (chaise enfant) étaient préparés. Petit bémol à signaler tout de même: le bruit du frigo, si l'on souhaite coucher quelqu'un dans la pièce à vivre ainsi que le bruit du déshumidificateur (même si ce dernier est branché sur un programmateur avec coupure la nuit, le bruit est assez présent lorsque l'on se trouve à l'intérieur). La porte d'entrée mériterait également une petite retouche, au niveau du joint du bas de porte, qui laisse passer les feuilles et la poussière dans l'appartement. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique endroit et sur cette très belle ile de Corfou!

klein maar prima appartement met ruim terras. Direct aan het kleine kiezel strand gelegen. Op loopafstand, over een leuk wandel pad, van een groter stand met prima eet gelegenheid. Huisje zou iets beter schoongemaakt mogen worden.
