Margaritas House is situated in Agios Prokopios Village just 7 km from Corfu Town and the International Corfu Airport. The house covers a living area of 100 sq.m with large garden and parking space on the premises. The detached two level house has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people.
Entering the house there is an open plan living room with fireplace , a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a WC.
Interior stairs lead to the first floor where are the bedrooms both with double beds, air condition and large wardrobes. A spacious bathroom with bath is set next to the bedrooms.The balconies are viewing the neighborhood and the large garden area.On the ground floor, on the veranda ,there is outdoor dining table and sofa for relaxing moments with your family.
Margaritas House is located just ten minutes drive from many well known beaches of the island like Glyfada, Agios Gordios, Ermones and Kontogialos. With a quick drive you can visit Corfu Town , while in a distance of 1 to 2 km you can visit the famous Tripas Tavern and Gloupos or find supermarket and local cafes.
Agios Prokopios is a traditional village, in middle Corfu. The Village is known for its characteristic yards , the emposive gates and the oldest Olive tree in the Island which is 19m wide. The church of Agios Prokopios worths a visit as well. Every corner of the village brings visitors to another epoxi.
Customers is necessary to have a car if they want to visit nearby beaches and explore the middle and south part of the island.
