Μετά από 600 μέτρα στο δεξί σας χέρι μετά από Μασούτης Σούπερ Μάρκετ, στρίβετε δεξιά στην είσοδο δίπλα από ένα πέτρινο γκρι τοιχίο. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία & κουζίνα. Περνάει το αστικό λεωφορείο Μπενιτσών για παραλίες. Το ακίνητο έχει θέα στη θάλασσα και στο αεροδρόμιο και απέχει μόλις 5 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας. Σε 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο έχεις πρόσβαση στις πιο διάσημες παραλίες του νησιού.
