This is such a beautiful calm area! Spiros and Voula Kostas are so sweet and make you feel so welcome there. They offered us espresso coffee and cookies every day! They helped us get taxis and said if we needed a car they could help us set that up. We wanted to relax and enjoy the beach and pool so we opted not to rent a car but we hope to return there and would like to rent a car next time. The room is comfortable and spacious. The views from the balcony are wonderful! There are two amazing restaurants near by that you can walk to. One is just down the steps from the hotel and it opens at 1:00 pm every day. The other one is Panorama Taverna which opens every evening and they both have a wonderful view and amazing food. They don’t offer breakfast anymore so be sure to purchase breakfast food and coffee. The nearest grocery store is pretty far to walk to and the mini market near there was closed while we were there. The steps going down to the main road to both restaurants are a work out but we did fine and enjoyed getting the exercise but some elderly people may not be able to handle the steps.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The view is amazing, rooms are very clean. Anything you ask, they are more than happy to help you with. Host was very nice. Quite beach within walking distance (beautiful walk, stairs too), but a larger beach with shops and restaurants is less than 10min drive. One of the best vacations ever, and we travel a lot. My teenage boys also loved it. I give it a 10+

Perfect to relax and wind down
We arrived at midnight and were greeted by the owners son, lovely welcome. We woke up the following morning to a spectacular view overlooking the bay. The room was well appointed and the bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished to a high standard. We had a two be apartment with a large balcony. The kitchen was functional but we are out. There are a couple of restaurants, one across the street and one a short walk away, both served excellent food with the same spectacular views. This property is located on a steep incline and the steps down to the restaurant were plentiful and a reasonable level off fitness is required, I’m almost 60 and fat but we managed no problem. The hosts were very warm, welcoming and went the extra mile, especially the owners so who helped us out on the last day. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY

Great location and property but inexistant service
Great property but almost no service. The bar is always closed and the reception empty. The cleaning lady does the absolute minimum and is not very pleasant. She did not even make our bed. She came in every other day as advertised and left the top sheet and bed cover as a pile on the bed. Towels were also left on the kitchen table, inside the plastic bag from the cleaners. Kitchen ustensiles are minimal as well: not even a salad bowl in the kitchen. There was dishwashing liquid and a sponge but no soap, shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, not even a sample of each for the first day. Wifi was weak in the room but it was good by the pool as stated in the description.

The perfect place
A beautiful set of apartments surrounded by green and sea views. The owners of this place are so nice and helpful. They sorted us out with a vehicle for our stay, booked taxis when needed and were overall very accommodating. Our flight home was very late and passed check out, they allowed us to use another room with a shower etc to keep our suitcases and change before leaving. The room we stayed in was clean, modern and the view was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. The place is local to a few taverns and you can walk down to beaches easily, but to get to a big shop or any restaurants/bars etc you ideally need a car or bike. You can walk it but it takes 40 mins and is not so fun in the dark.

Lovely, quiet apartments, fantastic pool, quiet location with super views across the bay. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty and well presented. Close to beach where water sports are available and local taverna's close by. Spiros, the owner, went out of his way to ensure all was well. Can't wait to come back

Bella Vista - indeed!
We were only at the property one night because of prior plans. The view is certainly the appeal. The condition of the property is fine, and the staff is very helpful and courteous. The neighborhood is upscale and perhaps the nicest on Corfu, but do no expect beaches or attractions in the immediate area. A very nice property for rest and contemplation.

What a wonderful place. I only have positive things to say. The view I just breathtaking, and you could sit there for ages and never get tired of it. The breakfasts are a great deal and the staff/owners are lovely. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Peaceful Retreat
Lovely hillside apartments in a peaceful private small complex. We awoke on our first morning to the most stunning rise through the patio doors in the bedroom. The views from the balcony were amazing with a fantastic panorama over the bay and surrounding area. The apartments are on a hill which means that there is quite a steep walk down the steps to the beach but its well worth it. There are quite a few good restaurants in the area with a small supermarket (quite pricey) at the bottom of the apartments. There is a small pool which also offers great views of the surrounding area. Spiros and his wife couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, from booking taxi's, hire cars and printing our boarding passes for us nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay to relax and unwind, I couldn't recommend the Bella Vista more highly.

Amazing views!!
The view is amazing. The owners and cleaners are lovely, helpful people. The aircon works really well. No pool bar. Breakfast is 7 Euro but you're better off using your own facilities. Oven and hob basic but working fine. All other appliances fine. Great beds. Good shower. No proper supermarket in walking distance. Great taverna at the bottom of the steps. No need to go anywhere else as it shares the same gorgeous view. Beach small and average. Can hire boats etc down there. Not suitable for elderly, infirm or pushchairs due to loads of steps and hills. Only 30 euro in a taxi from airport. Late checkout was ok if nobody else coming in. Also have a luggage and shower room. Great pool. Good mix of deep and shallow and very warm water late July. Overall an absolutely great relaxing week. Highly recommended!!
