Contrasting nicely with the crisp, clean lines of the beige façade, landscaped flower beds and wide gravel-edged pathway sit to the front, silvery green olive trees, wild shrubs and natural countryside to the rear. Strategically positioned to one side of the house to maximise both sunshine and privacy, a part-decked sun terrace fringes the longer than average private pool. Internally there is an inviting sense of space. Styling is smart, modern and appealingly minimalist with numerous contemporary touches in evidence, some subtle, some more obvious. Walls of soft pastel shades and cooling whitewash provide the ideal backdrop for an attractive, eclectic variety of colourful prints and objets d’art.
