We left after day 1, we noticed the room was smaller than advertised and did not have a sea view despite multiple emails to attempt to arrange. We visited reception on three occasions and the last visit was 3 hours trying to get a junior suite (river pool access with sea view that we had booked and paid for), we were told we would get one three different times then told they had a last minute booking take the room(despite being told they were overbooked by 11 rooms this week). The hotel itself has the opportunity to be good but it was plagued with overbooking issues during our visit. The staff were okay despite all the issues and we did eventually get a refund for the remainder of our trip where we were able to visit a new hotel. The other reviews about cleanliness are correct, there was a sewage smell that plagued many of the rooms and the food / drinks were very basic with only a few cocktails served at the bar.

Poor poor hotel. Nothing Boutique about it

Most of the descriptions of this hotel are very misleading. To call itself a boutique hotel is a stretch to say the least. - Not enough sun beds for the rooms that it has. Get up at 5am to secure one isn’t my idea of relaxation. - They has a sister hotel and they were shipping couples from that hotel to ours if they had complained at the other. - bedding and towels were very tired and didn’t fit the bed and the promise of robes and kettles were not there. - 2 small pools again not big enough to cope - Food was terrible. Cold buffet and as they had to do a served buffet due to Covid you felt they were just throwing food on a plate as they queue was long with people waiting. - Boutique isn’t getting beer in plastic glasses or glasses so small you to order 2 for half a pint. - we chose to use a public pool down the road as the family were lovely and we only had to buy a drink - we had to rent pool towels despite me calling the hotel before to ask if they provided them. However when you book all inclusive you expect to be fed and watered as part of the offer. No discount was offered as compensation l I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Spend your money at a place where they listen when you complain. Hotels.com. You need to seriously look at whether you advertise hotels as misleading as this.

During the two days that we stayed electricity was going on and off constantly, getting to hot without the ac. The wifi was terrible. The hotel had great views. Pools are good. Food is ok. Staff were helpful in scheduling transportation and giving information. The bathroom in the rooms were uncomfortably small, you couldn't fully open their doors.

So ziemlich gar nichts entspricht der Realität, weder Fotos noch Beschreibung! Ich komme mit vielem klar, aber gebucht habe ich ein adults only boutique Hotel, bekommen habe ich einen 2-Sterne-Aufenthalt mit irgendwelchen party people aus Osteuropa! Minibar? Bademantel? Internationales 5-Sterne-Buffet? Halbe Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt? Boutique Hotel? Vielleicht sollte sich jemand von expedia mal vor Ort alles ansehen!

L'hotel si trova in una zona piuttosto tranquilla. Ampi spazi interni, due piscine esterne, servizio bar e varietá di buon cibo a buffet nella zona ristorante. Purtroppo, la nostra stanza era situata a circa 200 metri, in un contesto dall'aspetto totalmente differente rispetto all'hotel. Pulizia delle piscine scarsa, pulizia delle camere quasi inesistente (3 giorni su 7), cambio asciugamani solo se sollecitato piú volte.
