We are a family of four and stayed here in August 2025. The villa is hosted by Eva and her mother Maria who couldn’t do enough to help make our stay memorable. Communication before and during was excellent. We had a late check in (11pm), and Eva was there to greet us and show us around the villa.Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and with high-quality appliances. We had fresh bakery products as well as a generous welcome basket. The living area is very relaxing - the kids loved the 85in smart tv! Wifi is also good, even by the pool. Beds are very comfortable with good linen, and spotless bathrooms. Hot water and the showers were very good. The outside area is very comfortable. Lots of loungers and areas to relax. The views are breathtaking and there is a feeling of quiet and isolation.One unexpected bonus was Maria cleaned the villa and provided fresh towels during our stay. It was always with our agreement and completely at our discretion. The villa is located just outside Kassiopi and is about a 15–20-minute walk. Kassiopi is a lovely town, with lots of restaurants and bars. You can sit around the harbour in the evening, and there are plenty of supermarkets, shops etc. We had a hire car to explore further but spent most evenings in Kassiopi. Eva and Maria did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible, their tips on beaches and restaurants gave us some very valuable local insight. Easy five stars for us.
