Nelly & Apostolis are lovely people and can’t do enough to make the accommodation more welcoming. The pool and the view over it is difficult to beat anywhere. A genuinely great property.

The Gunnery is a beautiful jewel tucked away in a peaceful hilltop spot away from the craziness of Kavos central but easy walking distance to town and the beach. We had no idea when we booked that Kavos was a thriving party destination for young adults. Our 3 young adult boys therefore had a fantastic trip enjoying the bliss of being at the Gunnery (the outside space - THAT POOL!! THAT VIEW!! is breathtaking - whilst then enjoying the Kavos ‘Strip’ a few times. Don’t let the Strip put you off as there’s plenty to do if and when you can bear to drag yourself away from the villa! The views are simply majestic and waking up to the silence of the most stunning sunrises whilst gently swinging from a chair in a beautiful tree overlooking the sea is something very special. We had a simply fantastic trip. My only teensy niggle would be that the beds are on the hard side but I wouldn’t let it stop me returning one day. The hosts are really lovely, very welcoming people who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The 3 bedrooms are all large and spacious and all the little bits and pieces (fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, seasoning etc) are there to make the stay just that bit easier. The property has been decorated with so many lovely little touches both inside and out - a lot of thought has gone into this and it really adds to the feel of it being homely and welcoming. You will not be disappointed by a stay at this property!

This is a truly amazing house. We had a wonderful stay. The pool is superb, the view absolutely amazing. It could not be better.
