Schönes großes Haus mit Blick in den Olivenhain

Das Haus war zur Alleinnutzung Anfang Mai für 2 Erwachsene ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Inselerkundungen im Norden. Es ist gut zu finden und das Einchecken ist problemlos.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich bei Problemen sofort. Die Ausstattung des wirklich großzügigen Hauses ist sehr gut, man blickt nicht direkt zum Meer, dafür in den Olivenhain. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt, abgesehen von den für uns etwas zu harten Betten. Man benötigt ein Auto, weil sich der nächste Supermarkt unten im Ort befindet (ca. 150 Höhenmeter).Einziges Manko (und deshalb auch nur 3 Sterne) ist ein Fehler auf der deutschsprachigen Beschreibung des Hauses, es fehlt der Hinweis auf das Erheben einer Umweltsteuer in Griechenland ab Januar 2025, die in diesem Falle in bar vor Ort gezahlt werden muss. So hat man unbekannte Zusatzkosten (in unserem Fall 15/Tag), die dann noch fällig werden. Weder auf der Website noch in den späteren Unterlagen der Vermittlungsfirma Konnect wird darauf hingewiesen. Das hinterlässt am Ende leider einen etwas getrübten Blick auf den Urlaub bzw. die Vermittlungsfirma Konnect, die sich leider nicht verantwortlich fühlt für die richtige Darstellung aller relevanter Informationen.Mit dem Vermieter (der auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant in Dassia betreibt - ein Besuch lohnt sich unbedingt) und dem Haus an sich waren wir sehr zufrieden, von der Vermittlungsfirma muss aber dringend abgeraten werden.
