Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly area and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 156cm wide alongside 37 steps. The front door has a width of 117cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 117cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved so uneven in places. There are 16 steps down to the poolside. Overall, the exteriors of this property contain many steps. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 77cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
