With linen provided, a fully-equipped kitchen & outdoor BBQ area, and a bright and airy living space, this property provides the perfect setting for your next getaway. Nestled away in a quiet, leafy, but centrally located spot near Nelson Bay, this residence is the ultimate all-rounder.
This 3-bedroom residence is ideal for a beachside getaway. Whether it be a romantic trip away, catching up with friends, or holidaying with family, the property is fully equipped to be your next home away from home in paradise.
Situated in Corlette, you'll be in the heart of Port Stephens and nearby many beautiful beaches, walking trails, parks, shops, cafes and restaurants. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has filtered water glimpses through the treetops, as well as a lock up garage and additional free off-street parking.
We've gone the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. Inside you'll find a beach trolley full of equipment (including fishing rods, camping chairs and an esky) ready to roll down the hill to the water. Additionally, there are puzzles and boardgames, adults and children's books, equipment for infants (including a portacot, highchair, stroller and bumbo seat), as well as an outdoor BBQ area, and fully equipped kitchen stocked with pantry staples. The property has been recently renovated and has ducted air conditioning and heating upstairs, and a split-system downstairs. The living space has a 75-inch flat screen smart TV with guest profiles for streaming services. There is no need to bring linen, all bedding, bath, beach and kitchen towels are provided.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, with an ensuite in the main bedroom. The third room has a trundle bunk bed - with two double mattresses and a single. No more than 9 total guests are permitted (maximum 6 adults). You will have the entire property to yourself.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. If the trundle bed is required, please let us know when booking so we can set it up for your stay. While we have taken steps to make the property family-friendly, as with any home there are potential hazards present, such as the stairs, balcony, bunk bed and living room cactus (yes, it's real!). We take no responsibility for any injuries sustained at the property or while using supplied equipment.
Please note, for our security and your safety, the property has a video door bell and is also monitored by a single outdoor camera (which captures the driveway, and the outside of the home where our shed is).

Perfect!
This townhouse seems to have had a fairly recent quality make-over, such that everything just worked and felt bright and modern. Everything was also spotlessly clean - right down to the kitchenware. Although not right across from the water it was a pleasant walk to the end of the street then through a small park to get there. Will definitely look to book again next time we visit the area.
