The cottage enjoys a privileged setting: high up at 800m altitude between Saulxures and Cornimont. The owners live nearby and are available to offer advice and assistance if needed. In every season, you'll be captivated by the beautiful views of the valley and mountains. Children will be delighted to meet the goats and donkeys in the meadow next to the cottage during the summer. Fully equipped, it offers all modern comforts with a lovely walk-in shower, a fitted kitchen, and well-appointed bedrooms. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. A pure moment of relaxation with numerous outdoor activities available nearby: hiking, treetop adventure courses in La Bresse, tennis in the village, downhill skiing 15km away, and more. This 70m² apartment is completely independent and private, located in a traditional building. Access to the cottage is via external steps. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds, cot). Mezzanine with lounge area (sofa bed) and TV. Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Utilities included. Wi-Fi. Private parking space for one vehicle with electric charging point (accessible with individual card, electricity charged at €0.30/kWh). Fenced mountain property. Terrace area. Snow equipment essential in winter. Access via a paved mountain road (3 km from the center of Cornimont).

Gîte au calme avec vue splendide

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est idéalement situé avec une jolie vue sur la vallée. A l'intérieur, on y retrouve tout le confort souhaité. La proximité des animaux et des espaces verdoyants est très ressourçant. Carine et Cédric sont de merveilleuses hôtes. Ils nous ont parfaitement bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
