Your next extended getaway awaits at this charming home. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an inviting outdoor space this lovely vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. Private hot tub on the back deck overlooking the creek, the community also has a community pool, spa, sauna, park on the creek with horseshoe pit, bbq, and firepit. The community has miles of hiking trails and borders national forest on several sides. Community trail leads directly behind the property along the creek in both directions. The home is in a hidden gated community in Cornville (home to AZ wineries). Page Springs, Javelina Leap Vineyard, Oak Creek Vineyard, and Dancing Apache are all within about a 10 minute drive. Red Rock State park in Sedona is about 15 minute drive. Downtown Sedona about 25 minutes. Downtown Cottonwood with amazing restaurants and the new hilltop winery/ restaurant is about 12 minute drive. The historic mining town of Jerome is about 25-30 minute drive. 20 minutes to the Verde canyon railroad in Clarkdale. The list goes on and on. This is the perfect home base to enjoy the best that Arizona has to offer.

Beautiful and quiet

The neighborhood is quiet with plenty to do in the area. About 15 minutes from Sedona and all the area has to offer.

Excellent and Relaxing

Tim was very quick to respond and very accommodating. If I had any questions, he would respond right away. Loved the house. Very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. The house was kept very well. Would highly recommend this one. You could sit on the back porch and enjoy seeing the very nice creek. You can fish right in the creek and float in. Nice gated community. Neighbors were very nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Relaxing & beautiful!

No disappointments with this home. Very comfortable and so easy for our family to gather together. We appreciated being able to cook in the kitchen with pots & pans, dishes and utensils. Loved putting the puzzles together that were here. Loved the outdoor views from the large windows, everything is very spacious! We recommend this place!
