First stay was great! Staff answered all questions, housekeeping set up a crib in our room for us when we checked in, got a text from front desk offering to answer any questions. Second stay was good, not as vigilant as our first stay. Had to juggle our luggage, baby and crib up to our room. No offer to set up the crib for us. No text from front desk staff.. still answered questions politely but not as on top as the first stay.

Nice new hotel rooms!

The hotel is nice, new, very clean, and with nice sized rooms. We did have a significant check in challenge that was tied to the hotels.com payment (NOTHING to do with the hotel itself). We prepaid for the room, (and had proof of this, but the payment from the booking site was not transferred through to the hotel. This caused confusion for the staff (our booking showed up as no payment made, credit card declined) and took quite a bit of time to figure out. The staff were nice about it, but it wasn't a smooth entry. I've booked a lot on hotels.com and never had this issue before.

Jordan greeted me at the front desk on check-in Sunday evening, and he provided fast and courteous service. We had a great room with a king bed, which had a firm mattress. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. On check-out Monday, the front desk staff person offered us a couple of take-out bags for snacking in the car during our journey.

Shower door was not cleaned properly and slight mold spots along bottom wall. The air conditioner was making rattling noise all night but we did receive a credit on the charge. We may or may not return to this property.
