We couldnt make the date, the hotel refused to change the date without going through hotels.com which were charging extortionate costs to change the date so we basically couldnt afford to go and lost the money on the room we payed for. Terrible.

The hotel was lovely. Great spot to be able to walk to Truro City Centre. The room was very nice. We had a slight issue with room service but staff handled this excellently. My only mark down was in relation to a four star hotel having smokers congregating immediately outside of the reception area. Not ideal that you have to walk through smog and that’s written by an ex smoker!! Maybe should be elsewhere.

Perfect location for Christmas shopping in Truro. Very quite in the gorgeous suite room we booked. Roll top bath was a highlight and they had thought to leave bubble bath and fluffy robes. The breakfast was very good quality in a cosy setting.

The facilities and setting are the best that I have experienced in Truro. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very filling. I accidently left one of my shirts in the hotel room and the staff contacted me and handed it in at reception so I could collect later in the day. Top class service

Absolutely fantastic two night stay with my friend. We felt instantly relaxed as soon as we stepped through the door, we were planning on eating out but just wanted to make the most of our stay. The breakfast was fantastic as was our evening meals. And the staff were so lovely and super friendly. Can't wait to return. Oh and the place smelt divine and such gorgeous products in bathroom. Thank you.

Gorgeous hotel. Room was just perfect, whoever designed it knew exactly what they were going. Lighting, sockets, decoration, bathroom, furniture - all perfect. Even 2 comfortable chairs, that hardly ever happens in a hotel room, there’s normally just 1. Reception staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent, varied choice and plentiful portions.
