Upon arrival the beds had fresh linens but we immediately noticed that little else was cleaned. There were shoes in places, dirty floors, empty bottles on the ground, pet hair around, and trash loosely placed outside. This required us to do a cleaning once we arrived prior to even settling in. Within a day or two of arriving, we noticed that the fridge was barely working even as we set the temperature to the coldest setting. I reached out to the company in 2 different ways and multiple times and heard absolutely nothing back (and still haven't).We ended up having to throw away food because it had gone bad. The pool and outdoor space was nice and enjoyable and the one thing that saved this house from being a 'terrible' in my review.
