Beacon Villas 10B: Corolla Light Duplex, Hot Tub

Enjoy the newest community in Corolla Light - Beacon Villas! These upscale duplexes are on the ocean side of Route 12 with easy access to the wide Corolla beaches. Each home is professionally decorated and offers a traditional floor plan including a total of three master bedrooms. The lower level offers a pyramid bunk room and features a game room with full wet bar as well as a screened porch and covered parking. On the main level are two master bedrooms, and the great room opens onto a corner sun deck and a cozy covered porch. A staircase takes you to the fourth bedroom that is also a master.

Guests of Beacon Villas have access to all the amenities of Corolla Light, including the oceanfront pool complex, walking trails, indoor sports center, soundside pool and many more. The community is conveniently located to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead, Heritage Park and the village of Corolla, as well as the Corolla Light Town Center. Very clean. 2 king beds not comfortable and noisy when you move. Bar to ice maker is missing and the right front burner on the stove does not work. Overall I would stay again if the king beds are replaced.

The inside of the property was very clean and well kept. The problem we had was spiders all over both outside porches. Called, emailed, and texted agency and they promised they would come take care of it but never showed up and never took care of it. There was nests, cobwebs, and other bugs all over those areas we could not open the doors or enjoy the outside porches. Very disappointing

Great space but expected cleaner

The space and layout is fantastic with three floors and high ceilings in the main area. Overall it’s very put together and attractive. However, I did expect a bit more comfort and cleanliness—especially considering it’s owned by a property management company. There were dirty utensils in the drawers, spiderwebs all over the small porch, crumbs and dirt on the couch, and an alarmingly dirty air vent in the kitchen. The beds were not very comfortable and one had a slight lingering vomit smell. Would still give it 8/10 for space and location, but could be 10/10 with a few improvements and more attention by the cleaning company.

Loved this house. Very cute and comfy. Each room having its own bathroom was a big plus. The kids loved the downstairs area and the hot tub was awesome. This home was a great choice for a nice little get away.

Very new townhome that was super clean. Great location with short walk to beach and to amenities. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
