With panoramic, unobstructed ocean views, Swandipity boasts a dune with a convenient walkover right outside your front door, ensuring that the ocean is just steps away. From the comfort of the ship's watch and sunroom to the wrap-around decks, every corner of this home invites you to immerse yourself in coastal bliss. And as evening falls, you'll delight in the nightly spectacle of the Currituck lighthouse. Plus, rest assured knowing that the oceanfront lots adjacent to Swandipity will remain undeveloped, ensuring your uninterrupted oceanfront experience during your stay!

On the ground level you will find a the large outdoor pool, pool furniture, a generous carport, enclosed outside shower and new stairs to the hot tub deck!

The mid level contains all 5 bedrooms, 4 are King masters, and one master with 2 twin beds. Everyone gets a master and there are 4 kings, so no fighting over who gets the best room in the house! Wrap around decking adds to the appearance.

The top level is divine, a huge high end great room, with open kitchen, dining area, living room, and a sun room off this room. Step outside to the front deck, or climb the stairs to the ships watch!

Trust me, once you're here, the only way you will want to leave is after you've secured your return visit!

Not the stay we had hoped for. It’s our 4th year at OBX. Pros of the house- Filtered water system, all king bedrooms, nice pool. Cons - leaky ceilings in foyer & bedroom. Poor drainage when it rains.

Friends beach weekend

We had 3 couples and 2 singles. The house has plenty of space to gather. We were able to cook and hang out. The pool was great to all visit and lay in the sun. Plenty of chairs. We only wish there were outside speakers and maybe done beach chairs
