You will love the private pool*, hot tub and game room for fun and relaxation. The large, grassy backyard is perfect for games or letting the kids run around. The top level features a large, open great room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and new LVP flooring. The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking dinner in and offers abundant seating for large groups. After dinner, relax in the Ships Watch or outside on the deck as the sun sets.

This home is perfect for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. Along with a primary suite on the top level, there are three additional master suites on the mid-level along with two full-sized beds, offering plenty of space and privacy. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a game room with pool table. A convenient wet bar and mini-fridge are perfect for pool-side drinks and snacks. There is also a second full-sized refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage providing convenient access to the outdoor grills.
