ENTRY LEVEL:
The Great Room has two separate seating areas: one for those who wish to read or have conversation, the other for those wishing to watch TV or a movie. The dining area (seats 8) and the kitchen bar counter (seats 5). The kitchen is fully-stocked for the cooks in the family and oak cabinetry has plenty of places to store your groceries and snacks. Since the cooktop and prep sink are part of the kitchen island, the cooks on duty will always be part of the family activities. This floor also has a half bath and large King Master Suite has an old-fashioned soaking tub and modern glass-walled shower in its master bath. On the stairway landing, a Queen Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
A King Master Suite has beautiful views and privacy; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. Across the hall breezeway, which overlooks the foyer below, a bedroom with a Queen bed shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with the Pyramid Bunk bedroom. There is a Trundle bed available below the bottom bunk bed.

GROUND LEVEL:
There's no better medicine than the great outdoors and this home has a large pool deck area set-up for family enjoyment with private pool (13' x 30'), and outdoor shower and gas grill. A separate hot tub is available for the adults to enjoy. The garage has been converted into a game area with a Foosball table. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
