TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and encompasses the main living space on this floor. Enjoy the water views from the living area or use the outside decks with furniture as extra space to enjoy spending time with your family. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 seats at the kitchen bar counter. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals or snacks; its small appliances include a wine cooler, air fryer and a coffee maker that has an espresso machine. A half bath is located by the kitchen. The spacious King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and its master bath has a shower with a separate soaking tub. There is deck access to the back of the house from this bedroom. [Note: gas fireplaces are not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
Enjoy the front porch with deck furniture and there are 2 more bedrooms: one is King bedroom with a private back deck off this bedroom. A shared bath (shower/tub combo) is in between this room and the third bedroom for kids: a Bunk Bed set with Trundle and a separate Day Bed. Stairs at the back of the house lead to the backyard patio which offers a Hot Tub, an outdoor shower and a gas grill. The garage is available for guest use however a car cannot be parked inside the garage. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. An EV (electric vehicle) charger is available.

EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has the South Beach Community Pool, approximately 1500 feet from this home with a kiddie pool for the little ones. Active vacationers will be able to use the tennis courts with pickleball lines. All guests may use the other resort amenities offered by The Currituck Club. This is a premier gated community, including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball! There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
