This cozy semi-oceanfront house gives you all the benefits of an oceanfront house without paying oceanfront rates! You and your family will enjoy ocean views just one lot from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands Section F. We are located on the sandy beach, with NO roads to cross, just a quick walk to the ocean.

Walk on our private path 100 feet to the boardwalk, another 180 feet on the boardwalk to the ocean - a total of 280 feet from door to beach!

This charming reverse floor plan is overflowing with character while offering ocean views. Watch breaking waves, wildlife, and spectacular sunrises from the comfort of your chair in the unique, octagon-shaped, two-story, bright, and airy Great Room. Enjoy our two large sundecks and the large screened-in deck for outside dining or enjoying the cooling breezes while protected from the elements.

Unwind in the hot tub or soak up the sun in our swimming pool all in the privacy of our fenced in pool patio complete with dining area.

What beautiful ocean views!! Location is fantastic, on a safe, quiet caldusac, with 2 easy accesses to the beach, made this home ideal for children and adults. Upon arriving, everything was very clean and extremely comfortable, from the pool up to the top floor deck! The beds were comfortable and ceiling fans quiet. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the large open living room was a great gathering place. Thanks for the puzzles and games, it really felt like home. The many decks and outdoor seating spoiled us. We especially enjoyed the afternoon sun by our private pool. Urban Kitchen provided a most memorable meal out. The 2 grocery stores made it easy to find everything we needed. We're already dreaming of returning! Our hosts were great communcators. Book with confidence! You are in for a wonderful home away from home!

This Amazing Place was Perfect for our Vacation! The Communication from the Hosts was very detailed and informative on how to operate TV, Check Out, Hot Tub, etc. House was clean, kitchen was stocked and we stayed an additional 4 nights! The house was beautiful, and had just about everything we needed. Very close to the Supermarket. Stocked with games and puzzles. Bedrooms were spacious, and comfortable with a deck off each master, and each had its own TV. We had wind and rain during our stay but the Hot Tub made up for not being able to go into the ocean. When it finally cleared up the beach was just steps away. We had a good time and everyone agreed we would book here again.

Lovely spot

We took an off-season time out to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the beach. The property is easy to find, clean and well appointed, even having a shucking station on the carport. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great beach vacation with our dog! This beach seemed miles long, had lots of shells and in March was practically empty. The home had so much space and room inside and out. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The mattress was great! Loved our stay!

Exactly what we needed!

This house was the perfect retreat for our early break vacation. Location was perfect, it was clean and well taken care of, and the owner was super quick to respond to any hiccups or questions that arose. Location!

A perfect location, Harris Teeter, golf, wild horse beaches, close to Duck, restaurants etc. The house worked great for our group and so convenient to the beach. We were off season so it was quiet and relaxing. We would rent the home again. It is the horrible ride from Massachusetts of 11 hours and route 13 with lights for over 3.5 hours that would have us rethink the OBX, never mind the speeding ticket. OBX is so worth visiting!!!

Great house in a great location!

We had an amazing vacation at the Salt Life! The house was very nice, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was perfect - great ocean views and there is nothing better than waking up to the sounds of waves crashing. We are already planning to rebook for next year!

Super excited to see the beautiful beach at the outer banks. Perfect week of summer sunshine. This home provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. If I would have any complaints at all. Is that a week wasn’t long enough. Steps from the ocean and two minutes to the store. We were content vacationers.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was great. There is a new house being built between the house and the beach, which takes away some of the beach view (you can’t see this in the pictures listed). The property is very conveniently located. It was walkable to the grocery store, coffee, and ice cream!
