The Space:

Welcome to your OBX dream come true at Oceanfront Captain's Retreat! Modern coastal luxury meets breathtaking ocean views in this fully renovated home that is perfect for your family vacation, down to the tiniest detail. Featuring 6 primary suites, modern designer finishes, and new LVP flooring throughout, this home has been thoughtfully upgraded for comfort and style. Ocean views greet you from all over the house - after cooking up a delicious meal in the stocked kitchen, dine together at the large table while watching the waves. Dolphins are frequently spotted splashing among the surf while pelicans soar overhead, so you will want to spend time enjoying nature from the dune deck gazebo.



The great room offers a comfortable spot indoors to read a book, watch a movie, or chat while the large windows ensure the views are not sacrificed! Drinks and snacks are within reach at the refinished bar area. The pool table lounge with ocean views and a wall-mounted chess board adds to the social atmosphere. 2 bedrooms round out the main level: a primary suite with king bed, twin bed, and private ensuite bath, and a king bedroom with a semi-private bath.



The top level is home to 4 primary bedrooms. The ocean-facing North Side suite is an oasis with a balcony, stunning views, a king and twin bed, and a private ensuite full bath. A California King bedroom has an adjacent hallway bath. The South Side primary suite features a king bed and 2 twin beds with its own private ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom, a king suite, also has a private ensuite bath.



On the ground level you will find 3 more bedrooms: a king suite with private ensuite bath, a king bedroom with a twin bed, and a twin bunk bedroom that sleeps 4 with a 55" TV and Xbox gaming setup for the kids. The dedicated theater room features an 85" TV with immersive surround sound for movie night. Adults can head to the poker room with its 55" TV and poker table. A full hallway bathroom is located next to the laundry room.



Outside is where the real perks begin! The dune deck is a highlight of the outdoor amenities, the perfect spot to sit right above the sand and observe the wildlife. Dine al fresco at the 10-seat outdoor dining table right outside the kitchen. The private pool is situated picturesquely between the home and the dunes, along with a hot tub where you can indulge in ultimate relaxation. A volleyball tournament is definitely on the list with the private sand volleyball court! Relax on the covered lower-level porch overlooking the ocean, pool, and volleyball area, or head right over to the beach on the private dune walk. An outdoor shower is available to keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The Neighborhood:

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
