Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, charcoal grill, 2 picnic tables, large deck area and a walkway from the house to the community walkway for easy beach access. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a small ice chest / freezer (large enough for a few bags of ice). Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access. The hot tub sits on this large mid level deck.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
