This fantastic home was built and designed for first class family vacations. Custom-built with many extras including elevator and den. Close to the beach and featuring a 14' x 30' private pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball and more. One of Ocean Sands' finest homes will make a perfect destination for your family.

4 Master bedrooms, TVs, Blu-ray player DVD player, WiFi, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 microwaves.

Outside amenities include a grill, outside shower, sun decks. Gorgeous ocean views from top level.

No pets allowed (no exceptions - owner is highly allergic). No smoking/vaping. Parking for 7 cars. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

We like this beach house.Close to the beach, kids enjoy the pool and the hot tub. We all have had a very good time.

Great trip but pack necessities!

We had a great stay for a bachelorette party. Tons of space for everyone, great pool area and steps to beach access. We did have a few issues: very little paper products were supplied. Only one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish towel for drying dishes and limited small garbage bags. Come prepared with paper products! There was also lots of cobwebs on the light fixtures, and the pool area could’ve been blown off better to clean up. We had an issue with the grill but a maintenance worker came and fixed it in a timely manner. The stove/oven range did die out randomly on the last day, but we didn’t need them to cook so it wasn’t a complete ruin. Overall, would stay here again, just hoping for better paper stock, more dusting and appliances functional.
