The Pour House is located in the award-winning community of Corolla Light. This wonderful home has all the comforts you need for an OBX vacation. The picture windows offer both gorgeous sunset and sunrise views. Enjoy your morning coffee or a tasty adult beverage on the multi-level deck or screened porch. This well-equipped kitchen is made for large gatherings and catching up! The Pour House has two fridges, two cooktops, and double ovens. The kitchen has it all to make a gourmet seafood feast or a breakfast of champions. Between the wine fridge and mini bar, you have plenty of options to chill your favorite tasty beverage!

Parents love the fact that the beach access has the only lifeguard stand for a quarter-mile in each direction. A private pool and hot tub, screened porch, and easy beach access make The Pour House perfect for your beach week. Plenty of entertainment options with multiple smart TVs and a rec room complete with a pool table. A pack-n-play and high chair are available to use.

As part of Corolla Light, guests have 12 armbands that give you access to the community amenities including four community pools, 10 tennis courts, two piers, a sports center, and the only oceanfront restaurant in Corolla - Ocean Front Grille. You and your family are bound to fall in love with The Pour House!

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Trolley service available from Memorial Day thru late August. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Decent House

House was a great size, rooms were decent. Kitchen had everything needed. The home was a bit outdated. Outside of the house was pretty dirty. Deck is very old. The pool area was very small but pretty clean. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Overall I think it was great for our family for the price, but could use a little TLC

Great space, needs attention to cleanliness and upkeep.

We had a great family vacation and the house layout worked well. Several bathrooms had problems with mold, leaks and were not cleaned well. Kitchen needs more silverware. Pool is very small. Overall the rental works but could be improved.
