Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. The pools were all great, the hot tub was not heating though and they told us it was out of order. Great entertainment center, and strong WiFi throughout the property. My biggest negative was the food—I was not impressed by any of it. I thought the food overall was bland (bulalo and sinigang) and the breakfast offerings were nothing to write home about. Champorrado and bilo-bilo offered for breakfast were both watered down and flavorless, like they skimped on the laman. Might be okay for the foreigners, but we Filipinos know when you do that.

Zuri resort was beautiful and had friendly helpful staff. We really enjoyed our time there. The only negative was that a couple pools including the children’s pool was under maintenance and I chose my hotels based on kid friendly and fun, so that was a little disappointing.
