The hotel has the potential to be good and the room was good but the food was a big disappointment and over priced. The morning buffet was always half empty and coffee was terrible. We paid well over 1000 pesos per person for a special Christmas buffet which was also half empty and the quality of the food was poor. Also for a hotel with more than 100 rooms they have 4 cabanas and 1 sun umbrella.

Beautiful resort. Loved the options of 4 pools to choose from. The room was spacious and offered wonderful amenities. The breakfast and dinner staff was very friendly and accommodating. In particular, we appreciated their focus on naming allergens in all their dishes. That made it easiser for my son to eat safely and comfortably. The design of the rooms and facilities are beautiful, the color schemes, textures of the materials used and lighting fixtures.

Overall it was a good experience. I wish there’s healthier breakfast options in general. Also maybe more staff to support dinner customers need. Theres one night where dinning room staff felt overwhelmed from all the guests coming on the weekend other than everyone was so accommodating. Spa staff was so welcoming and great service as well.

A great stay indeed. From the time you enter the resort, the guests already have a positive impression. The entrance design & landscape, the water fountain and the cleanliness provides the experience that guests expect. The employees are very friendly and well trained. The amenities like the swimming pool and pool bar are my favorites. I like the spacious rooms and balcony over looking the bay. And the restaurant especially breakfast provides great selection. Definitely will stay here again.

Room was kept clean. Very nice and comfortable bed. Quiet. A/C worked perfectly fine. The front desk staff, concierge, room cleaners, breakfast staff especially Alfred, Omar and Joseph were fantastic and very courteous. They made sure we got what we needed and to our satisfaction. Beautifully appointed hotel on the outskirts of Coron Town. From the moment you step into the open air lobby & see the gorgeous view, you know you’re somewhere special. Our bedroom (room 311) was enormous & so comfy. The balcony was also large, with a daybed and a table & chairs. The view from our room was spectacular. Staff was extremely helpful in housekeeping, the restaurants, sari-sari store, reception, and bell desk. The breakfast buffet is delicious and so varied, with things I’d never seen before such as ube bao and cinnamon honey syrup for the waffles. Only one minor drawback: we did get tiny ants one night after eating in the room. They appeared to be coming from the bathroom, not the balcony.

First timers.

Nice hotel but WiFi sucked the first day and the phones were not working. Their attitude, when asked about the issues, was not good. They did eventually resolve the issues
