Absolutely fantastic stay and I will definitely be back! Mikaela was an absolute doll taking of the tiniest of details to ensure that my staycation celebrating my husband's birthday was perfection. The attention to detail she gave and the passion she has for her job came pouring through everything she did. Sonny was so friendly and helpful, even arranging to have my husband's cocktail order delivered to our room. Every single person we came in contact with was warm, friendly, and inviting. I didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel, but rather staying with friends and family. While we didn't use the fireplace in the downstairs living room (we definitely will next time!), we loved the proximity of the hotel to the Del where we explored and saw all the holiday decorations and festivities. If you want to be treated well (and like a real person), The Bower is the place to go. Ask for Mikaela- she'll make your stay an experience you'll never forget.

Everything was top notch! The staff was exceptional, especially the GM who we had the pleasure of meeting upon check in. He was an absolute delight and went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible stay. As a brand new hotel I expected a few glitches but everything ran seamlessly. I've been going to Coronado my whole life and stayed at many of the island's hotels but this one was hands down my favorite yet. We will definitely be back!

The staff at the hotel were excepcional, cleanliness was first class, services offered were amazing. Mikayla was the best with her customer service and recomendations. Her fellow bilingual partner at the front working valet was amazing as well with his exceptional customer service and overall kind ways. I was very pleased with my experience in this hotel!
